Refund policy

Thank you so much for supporting our business! We are sorry that you are seeking a return/refund for the wine or merchandise you received. 

We do not accept returns on wine unless the wine was tainted in some way. See FAQs page and scroll to returns to see all the ways wine can develop an issue. These are the only reasons a wine can be returned — not just because you didn't enjoy it. 

We do accept returns on merchandise. Email us at returns@harvestwine.shop to request a return or refund.

If you receive the incorrect item, you will be eligible for a return. In this case, we will send you a return shipping label. To start a return, you can contact us at returns@harvestwine.shop or via your order confirmation email. Please be prepared with a receipt or proof of sale. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as opened bottles of wine that are not tainted in any way and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
