  • Quantity Limits: 2 cases per person per month.
  • Wine Liquor Distribution Tax: 5%
  • Sate Sales Tax: Yes. 6%
  • Local Sales Tax: Yes
  • Shipping Tax: Yes
  • Dry Cities/Counties: Brandonville in Preston County and the entirety of Calhoun County

Oregon:

  • Quantity Limit: 5 cases per person per month.
  • Sales Tax: No.

Florida:

  • Quantity Limits: There are no quantity limits on the amount of wine that may be shipped to Florida consumers.
  • Sales Tax: No
  • Dry Counties: Lafayette and Liberty Counties 

New Mexico:

  • Quantity Limits: 2 cases per person per month.
  • State Sales Tax: Yes. 4.875% 
  • Local Sales Tax: Yes
  • Shipping Tax: Yes

North Dakota:

  • Quantity Limits: 3 cases per person per month.
  • State Sales Tax: Yes. 7% 
  • Local Sales Tax: Yes

New Hampshire:

  • Quantity Limits: 12 Cases Per Person Per Year.
  • Dry Towns: The only dry town is Ellsworth
