Las Jaras’ 2023 Nouveau is a "mega delicious" tribute to the first wine of the vintage. Inspired by the legendary Jules Chauvet and the tradition of Beaujolais, this Zinfandel-led blend is crafted via carbonic maceration in sealed, CO2-rich tanks. The result is a vibrant, neon-bright red that captures the raw energy of the harvest—light, fruity, and built for immediate enjoyment.
