Billing and Shipping Schedule:

  • Credit Cards are charged immediately upon checkout. We do not have the ability to change your subscription credit card charge dates at this time. See below if you would prefer that your credit card be charged as close to wine club delivery as possible.

  • Monthly Club: We process wine clubs on the 15th of each month. Orders placed by the 15th will ship the following week. Orders placed after the 15th will join the next month's shipment cycle.

  • Quarterly Club: We process charges on the 15th of January, April, July, and October. Orders placed by these dates will ship the following week. Orders placed after will join the next quarter's shipment cycle.

This is a recurring subscription (wine club) that will be automatically charged according to the frequency selected above. You can pause or cancel anytime. Credit cards are charged immediately upon checkout and recharged automatically on that date at your selected club interval. We do not have the ability to change your credit card charge date after purchace. See billing and shipment schedule for more info if you want to have your credit card charged as close to shipment as possible.

When joining our wine club, you are hereby opting in to our newsletter/marketing emails until you cancel your membership.

Every month/quarter we send out important information to our club members and our email software requires that you be opted in to our newsletter.

All orders are shipped/delivered, no pickup options. Please track your package using UPS tracking link — someone 21 or older must accept the package. UPS will attempt twice, then will return to us.

To avoid a missed package, you are more than welcome to ship to your local UPS Access Point so that you do not need to sign for the package at home.

Yes. You can edit your wine club here.

We process all our wine clubs together on the 15th of each month and ship out the next business day.

Yes, you or someone 21 years old or older must sign for delivery. We recommend sending to your office if you can, or, pay close attention to shipping updates received via email.

Our shipping partners usually attempt delivery two times before sending to their closest holding facility for you to pick up, or sending the package back to us.

Rest assured, we used the best packaging so your wine will arrive safely 99.9% of the time. Accidents do happen, and if your wine arrives damaged/broken, send us an email at orders@harvestwineshopsd.com and we will send a replacement promptly.

In hotter months, we will ship with ice packs and/or we reserve the right to hold shipment if we see a better weather window in the near future.
