1. The Wine Bible 3rd Edition, by Karen MacNeil

Such a fun read. Lots of secret tourist attractions too!

2. Wine Folly: Magnum Edition: The Master Guide, by Madeline Puckette & Justin Hammack

The most pleasurable (wine) book in the world to look at. Very aesthetically pleasing and informative.

3. The Noble Rot Book: Wine from Another Galaxy, by Dan Keeling & Mark Andrew

Noble Rot makes super cool publications. Check out their magazine. These guys are cool.

4. The World of Natural Wine: What It Is, Who Makes It, and Why It Matters, by Aaron Ayscough

Ever wondered what natural wine was? This book goes into deep detail about the natural wine but somehow makes it sooo entertaining. 

5. Wine Food: New Adventures in Drinking and Cooking, by Dana Frank & Andrew Slonecker

Super fun food and wine pairings! A must have cook book if you are wanted to experiment with wines.

6. Vino: The Essential Guide to Real Italian Wine, by Joe Campanale

Italian wine is a beast and Joe Campanale breaks it down fantastically. The go to resource on Italian wine.

7. From Vines to Wines, 5th Edition: The Complete Guide to Growing Grapes and Making Your Own Wine, by Jeff Cox & Tim Mondavi

Want to make your own wine in your garage? Look no further.

8. Exploring Wine: Completely Revised 3rd Edition, by  Steven Kolpan, Brian H. Smith, Michael A. Weiss, and the Culinary Institute of America

A textbook that all students at CIA get. Thanks, Cammy! The book that got us into wine and our first wine book. Now we own all of these! Yikes.

9. The World Atlas of Wine 8th Edition, by Jancis Robinson & Hugh Johnson

This is the best compilation of wine region maps ever! Super fun to look at too if you just like maps and geography. Definitely take a look at this if you are confused where your wine is coming from.

10. The Oxford Companion to Wine (Oxford Companions) 4th Edition, by Jancis Robinson and Julia Harding

Every wine term on earth is in this book. Go Jancis.

Bonus Books:

The New Sotheby's Wine Encyclopedia, by Tom Stevenson

Haven't really really looked into this yet, just flipped around, but it is a monster of a book and such a great resource if you want to really dive into a wine or a wine region.

Cork Dork: A Wine-Fueled Adventure Among the Obsessive Sommeliers, Big Bottle Hunters, and Rogue Scientists Who Taught Me to Live for Taste, by Bianca Bosker

This is such a fun read. Bianca takes us into the world of sommeliers and shows us what it is really like.

The Sommelier's Atlas of Taste: A Field Guide to the Great Wines of Europe, by Rajat Parr & Jordan Mackay

Ever wondered how people can tell a wine came from a specific place? Well Rajat Parr can and he shows us how in this book. Cool resource to learn of exceptional wines in all the regions of France and how they will taste based on soil and climate.

Adventures on the Wine Route: A Wine Buyer's Tour of France (25th Anniversary Edition), by Kermit Lynch

Listened to this on audiobook and it was super fun! Details how the legendary wine importer found all his first wineries and highlights the intense bliss he felt when traveling through France. 

Setting the Table: The Transforming Power of Hospitality in Business, by Danny Meyer

Just a fantastic book on the importance of caring for people. Has a little about wine, but a lot about life and business. Such a good read.
