M1 Babbitt Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (St. Helena AVA) 2024
The inaugural wine by Bryan Babbitt (Bottles With Babbitt), "M1" was carefully selected and crafted to be a rich Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Grown east of St. Helena on the slopes of Howell Mountain, this wine perfectly blends the fruit-forward notes of St. Helena with the earthiness from the volcanic soil of Howell Mountain.
Dedicated to his late mother (Auggie), the teal band pays homage to her battle with ovarian cancer and is a tribute to her love of science and pursuing passions in life.
Tasting Notes
"Ripe blackberry and black cherry lead the nose, framed by dark chocolate and a distinct volcanic minerality. The palate is full and structured, with firm, well-integrated tannins and a long, earthy finish that speaks to its Howell Mountain roots." ā Harvest Wine Shop
