Hendry Ranch's 2022 Unoaked Chardonnay is a "supercollider" of pure fruit and crystalline Napa Valley energy. Eschewing the traditional butter and oak of the region, this estate-grown white is fermented entirely in stainless steel to preserve the vibrant character of Chardonnay grown at the foot of Mt. Veeder. It is a crisp, high-acid alternative for those who love the precision of Chablis but crave the sunshine of California.

George Hendry and his family have grown grapes on the same land in Napa Valley since 1939. Through more than eighty years of harvests, our connection to the land has deepened, and our knowledge has grown.

The 203-acre Hendry Ranch is situated in the low, rolling hills just northwest of Napa, at the foot of Mt. Veeder, and includes 114 acres under vine. This location in the valley experiences substantial marine influence, allowing us to grow many different types of wine grapes. All Hendry wines are made only from estate grapes, and are crafted to highlight the unique conditions of this very special place.
