Vinos Pijoan 'Árbol de Fuego' Rosé, Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico 2025
Silvana Pijoan's Árbol de Fuego project, launched in 2019, co-ferments dry-farmed old vines, some planted in 1972, into a bright, salty-fresh Baja rosé built for everyday drinking.
Tasting Notes
"Fresh red-fruit aromatics, with bright, zippy acidity and a cooling coastal freshness against Baja's sun-warmed fruit. Lees aging lends a soft, textured mid-palate before a clean, thirst-quenching finish. Shrimp tostadas, grilled fish, or a spicy pizza" — Harvest Wine Shop
