"A blend of 50% Chardonnay (based on the 2021 vintage, from vines planted in the commune of Mareuil-sur-A~) and 44% Pinot Noir (from the same village and comprising a blend of the 2019 and 2020 vintages), the NV Extra-Brut Premier Cru Ros, displays aromas of rose, peony, strawberries and citrus. Moderately weighted and bright, it has a tense, delicate mid-palate, a pinpoint mousse and a long, precise and delicate finish. This blend contains 6% red wine vinified in barrels and was disgorged with a dosage of 5.5 grams per liter." - Wine Advocate, 92 Points

Jean-Paul Hébrart took over Marc Hébrart from his father in 1997. His father had been producing estate-bottled wines since 1964. Jean-Paul harvests, presses, and vinifies each of his over 85 plots separately, blending sites to make harmonious wines that reflect the personality of the grower as well as the terroir. A majority of the wines are fermented in steel, though old used barrels have become a part of his program for Rive Gauche-Rive Droite and his new wine, Clos de Léon, both of which are fermented and aged in neutral barrique.
