Celebrate Valentine’s Day with us with a Champagne and sparkling wine party in the heart of East Village at the gorgeous event space, Studio 710 (pictured). Come-and-go whenever! We'll be pouring impeccable grower Champagne and artisan sparkling wine from around the world all night. PLUS Food will be provided by Top Chef Alumni, Dave Martin (see menu below)! Dress with a little pink if you're feelin' it, grab a glass, and drink your way through one of the deepest Champagne lineups we’ve ever poured.

What to Expect

  • Additional sparkling wines from around the world
  • Open tasting format from 6–10 PM. 
  • Music, comfortable vibes, and plenty of room to explore the wine and food at your own pace
  • Pink encouraged but not required

This is not a seated dinner or formal educational wine tasting experience. You’re free to move, sip, relax, and enjoy the night however you like. Ask as many questions as you like.

Food by Chef Dave Martin (Add-On)

Food will be prepared by Chef Dave Martin, finalist on Top Chef and the chef responsible for the Black Truffle Mac ‘n Cheese that helped launch the truffle mac trend nationwide. Dave is known for bold flavors, refined technique, and turning comfort food into something memorable without losing its soul.
