This Cabernet Sauvignon is lifted and pretty, made with the goal of offering a bright, honest, food friendly wine at an every day price. Full of dark blue fruit and red fruits and framed by soft and lively structure. Drink now or shelve it for a while.
"On the nose: blue fruits, plum, oak spice, and raspberries. The palate is light and pretty for a Napa Valley Cabernet, with blue and red fruits that are balanced by some oak spice notes."

Winemaking: 100% destemmed, 100% whole berry, no crush. Cool ferment with native yeast. 100% native malolactic fermentation. Juice spends about 18-20 days on the skins. No additions during fermentations. Aged 8-9 months in neutral French oak.

Started in 2016 as a project between Scribe Winery and Revel Wine Distributors as a project to bring excellent Napa wine to everyone at a great price! Lúuma is named after the original name of the Miwok village, Péta Lúuma. The Cabernet Sauvignon is made by Inizi, in collaboration with Revel Wine, with the goal of offering a bright, honest, food friendly wines at an every day price.

Lúuma started in 2016 as a joint project between the Mariani brothers of Scribe Winery and Matthew Plympton and Tom Hunter of Revel Wine. In bottlings released since then, Revel Wine has worked with John Harley & AJ Filipelli of INIZI Wines among others, with this Sauvignon Blanc being made by Alex Pomerantz of Subject to Change Wine. All of the wines in the lineup are made from organically grown grapes with minimal additions and manipulations with the goal of offering bright, honest and food friendly wines at an affordable price.
