Saint-Aubin is better known for whites, but Prudhon's old-vine Sentier du Clou is the domaine's most serious red: Pinot Noir from vines of 40 to 80 years, with plenty of backbone.
Tasting Notes
"Red cherry and redcurrant woven with baking spice and a touch of earth. Medium-bodied and fresh, with a firm backbone typical of the cool 2021 vintage and a spicy, lingering finish. Roast pheasant, venison, or a ripe washed-rind cheese" β Harvest Wine Shop
