Day Wines' 2022 "Vin de Days Blanc" is a vibrant, Alsatian-inspired tribute to the diverse terroir of the Willamette Valley. Crafted from a meticulous blend of five organically farmed vineyards, each site was harvested at peak ripeness to contribute a specific layer of aromatic complexity, zesty acid, or lush fruit. It is a dangerously drinkable, low-intervention white that brings a sophisticated energy to any occasion.
