  • Recipe: 3/4 oz. Olive vermouth, 3/4 oz. olive brin, 2.5 oz. gin or vodka, 3 olives

Stanley Tucci's Martini Recipe:

  1. Pour 1/2 ounce of dry vermouth into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir for 15 seconds.
  2. Next, wait for 30 seconds.
  3. Then, stir it again quickly and strain out the liquid leaving behind the ice.
  4. Pour 2 to 3 ounces of gin into the same mixing glass with the ice, and stir for 30 seconds.
  5. Now, wait for 30 seconds.
  6. Stir again for 30 seconds.
  7. We’re not done yet. Let it sit again for 30 seconds.
  8. Stir it quickly one last time and strain the liquid into a chilled cocktail coupe. 
  9. Garnish with a lemon peel and an olive.
